  1. Trim previous layup - sand foam flush
  2. Pressure test tank with full water - looks OK

  1. Pressure test tank - air only - looks OK - loses 1/2" water pressure in 24 hrs.

  1. Prepare all surfaces for repair layups - strake top
  2. Test kerosene heater for garage - works fine after 14 year layoff

  1. Micro and glass top of strake
  2. Level, fit and bolt left wing to spar
  3. Fit plywood rib for wing location reference - remove wing

  1. Begin fitting and trimming strake bottom - left

  1. Continue fitting and trimming strake bottom - left

  1. Continue fitting and trimming strake bottom - left and ribs
  2. Cut holes in fuselage side

  1. Continue fitting and trimming strake bottom - left

  1. Continue fitting and trimming strake bottom - left
  2. Cut glass for all strake bottom attach layups
  3. Glass 1 BID strake tail inner surface and outboard edge
  4. Glass 2 BID around 1 1/4" fule hole
  5. Micro all baffle holes and notch edges

  1. Trim previous layup
  2. Flox lower strake to fuselage/spar
  3. Glass 2 BID strake/spar joint and peel ply
  4. Glass 2 BID strake/fuselage joint and peel ply
  5. Glass 1 BID rear strake tail/spar bottom and peel ply

  1. Fit all ribs to bottom strake
  2. Sand and trim previous layups - sand for strake/fuselage inside layups
  3. Begin fitting top strake

11/29/98
  1. Prepare all strake bottom and ribs for epoxy layer
  2. Prepare strake/fuselage inside layups
  3. Epoxy and peel ply both (1) and (2)
4 hrs
