If you wish to discuss all the options of how to mount a pod, call any time. Infinity's Forever, JD Date: Tue, 14 Jan 1997 21:09:24 PST Subject: COZY: Prebuilder/baggage pods From: bristow@juno.com (Burke L Bristow) Chuck and all other members, Thank you for your information on the baggage Pods. I looked at the latest listing that I had from Marc, dated 9 January 97, and was unable to find a Vance Atkins. Has he by chance removed his name from the mailing list and if he has do you know how I could get in touch with him? I spoke with the man who has Feather Lite and he has a baggage pod that was designed for the Long Eze and feels sure it would work with the Cozy as well. Does Vance have them on a Mark IV? I have drawn a rough sketch of some myself but would not want to mount them without some input from someone a little more knowledgeable in this kind of thing. I also have no idea how much the design I came up with would weigh or what would be the best way to attach them. I would like to use some method that could easily be removed when not needed and would not leave a protrusion sticking out of the wing when they were not mounted. I am sure builders with more experience than me would have some excellent ideas. Thanks for your help. Burke and Kim Bristow 4060 Daisy Mine Ct. #A Ft. A mutual friend of ours put pods on his long several years ago and reports a loss of air speed of about 5 mph.
