Subject: COZY: Back Seat Heat/Cooling?

I was wondering about climate control for the rear seat occupants.

First of all, the heating - does the heat get back to the rear seat 
well enough on its own or are holes of some sort cut in the heat duct?

As for cooling, the same question - does it stay cool enough with just 
the panel mounted eyeball vents or would it be a good idea to add some 
for the back and if so, where?
