Not really related to this thread, but thought I'd mention that the X40 two
part foam has an interesting characteristic.  If the OAT is high, the result
is a cured foam with large bubbles and poor strength characteristics.  But
cool the stuff down and you get smaller bubbles.  Put it in the fridge as I
routinely do and you get itty bitty bubbles and much better strength.  Also
the pot life is extended from nearly non-existent to a couple of minutes.
