Zeitlin" Subject: COZY: COZY MKIV Cover People; I chose to purchase a cover for my MKIV from Dorothy Dickey at: dorothy.dickey@honeywell.com mreracer@tabletoptelephone.com or: http://www.covergirlaircraftcovers.com I believe this is the first MKIV cover she's made, and I helped her with the pattern. The cover fits nicely, although there are a few minor adjustments that could be made. The cover seems to be of high quality, heavy material, with well made straps (a little too long, but that's better than too short) and fittings. It doubles as a pitot cover. It was $275. I know that some people have made their own covers (Carl Denk, for one) and I'm sure it can be done cheaper. However, for those of you who don't sew (and don't have spouses that sew) and aren't interested in doing it yourself, this seems like a reasonable choice. I told Dorothy that I'd put in a plug for her if I like the cover, and I do. -- Marc J. Zeitlin mailto:marc_zeitlin@alum.mit.edu http://users.rcn.com/marc.zeitlin/
