  1. Finish GPS Coupler wire installation
  2. Put air in tires

  1. Tighten Navaid pushrod nut
  2. Fix leaking gascolator
  3. Measure for oil cooler scoop and hose - need 1" x 4" to 1.5" diameter intake

  1. Layup oil cooler air scoop and plenum parts - also turbulators

  1. Check fit of oil cooler air scoop and plenum parts

  1. Finish oil cooler air scoop and plenum layups
  2. Clean PVA off wheel pants

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Begin wheel pants layups

  1. Install oil cooler plenum and scoop

  1. Re-install original pitch trim springs to assist at forward C.G.
  2. Install turbulators behind L.B. - test for oil temperature air flow
  3. Cut open fule tank sensor covers - adjust "full" levels
  4. Measure canard incidence angle - SEEMS to be 0.6 deg. to 1.1 deg. low

  1. Remove oil cooler plenum and scoop - didn't help temperatures
  2. Perform 1/2 oil change - finish in morning

  1. Finish oil change - oil temps GOOD per flight test

  1. Begin fitting left wheel pants to gear leg and wheel

9/29/02
  1. Nose gear mechanism very tight - remove and lube worm gear bushings
  2. Fix loose casting/clamp at base of nose gear - had loosened from hard landings
