  1. Fill Tires
  2. Charge Battery
  3. Clean up
  4. Figure out what the hell I'm supposed to be doing
  5. Sand all flange areas for subsequent layups
  6. Fit top cowl - trial fit lower cowling
  7. Trim lower cowling flanges for fit

  1. Remove engine - clean up engine / firewall area for flange layups
  2. Cut glass for flange layups
  3. Glass flange reinforcing layups - top and bottom
  4. Flox and glass vent tubes and center ramp

  1. Trim previous layups

  1. Finish trim and sand previous layups
  2. Cut glass for bottom cowl - wing flange - 5 BID
  3. Glass bottom cowl - wing flange - 5 BID
  4. Sand top cowl for top/bottom flanges
  5. Prepare top cowl stiffener to fit

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Prepare lower cowling for strake/fuselage flange layup
  3. Cut glass for strake/fuselage flange layup - 5 BID
  4. Cut glass for top/bottom cowling rear flange - 5 BID

  1. Glass 5 BID strake/fuselage flange layup
  2. Glass 5 BID top/bottom cowling rear flange
  3. Shape and hot glue foam for scoop lip
  4. Cut flass for scoop lip - 4 BID
  5. Micro and glass scoop lip

  1. Trim and sand all previous layups
  2. Prepare scoop lip for top layup
  3. Cut glass for reinforcing layups - all flanges
  4. Glass reinforcing layups and scoop layup

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Drill 1/8" holes for clecos
  3. Prepare lower cowl for patch near bend - both sides
  4. Jig lower cowl for 5 BID strake flange layup
